CNWL Health & Justice Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional clinical leadership and deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

What you'll be doing:
Clinical Leadership:Lead and inspire our mental health team, setting the standard for excellence in patient care.
Expert Assessment and Treatment:Evaluate and treat complex mental and physical health conditions in a challenging long-term environment.
Crisis Response and Risk Management:Provide timely and effective interventions for patients in crisis.
Teaching and Training:Share your expertise with specialist nurses, other healthcare professionals, and prison staff.
Service Development:Contribute to the advancement of Health & Justice services through clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.
To provide clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care to the men resident
To develop their own specialist interests and if appropriate to bring these in line with Trust and local service development plans.
Teaching and training of specialist nurses, other nurses and prison staff where appropriate.
To contribute to the maintenance and development of Health and Justice services within the Trust to the highest standard through clinical audit and other activities related to Care Quality.
