RG Consultancy are working with an excellent medium company based in Halifax who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the finance team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a small team and will report into the finance manager within the company. This is an excellent all rounded role.
Duties will include:
* Processing high volume purchase invoices
* Matching and coding invoices to a high standards
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Weekly BACS payment runs
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit card reconciliations
* Assist with VAT returns
* Processing wages onto SAGE Payroll
* Other ad hoc duties - working closely with the finance manager
Skills:
* Knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage
* Strong IT skills including; MS Excel would be useful (spreadsheets and V-Look-ups/Pivot tables)
