As a full-time SEMH teacher, you will be required to plan and deliver lessons to national curriculum standards, complete all marking, attend staff meetings, and potentially school parents' evenings. You will also be required to mentor and guide the teaching assistant/s within the classroom. The ideal candidate would have experience working with SEMH students.

The School in the North Bristol area supports vulnerable young people, focusing on providing a safe, nurturing, holistic learning environment. They offer a curriculum to students that can be more flexible or personalized to individual needs. Each student has an EHCP. You will be supporting students with SEMH, ADHD, and Autism. Through the staff's positivity and experience with behaviors, they provide a holistic student-centered approach to teaching, offering more specific and suitable interventions.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Full-Time SEMH Teacher, you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
* Provide an inclusive, vibrant environment and deliver inspiring lessons.
* Have experience working with either small groups or 1:1 with students who may demonstrate challenging behavior and who may have Special Educational Needs.
* Be able to adapt to different situations and use initiative.
* Be able to provide a safe and positive learning environment and have an understanding of managing challenging behavior.

Salary
£120 to £240 per day. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
* A desire to work within education and have relevant experience.
