What the Job Involves This role involves collaborating with the Head of Service and other staff members to deliver quality education to young learners. Responsibilities include supporting teachers with lesson preparation, teaching independently in the absence of a teacher, planning enrichment activities, and providing focused attention to students needing special care. Duties extend to assessing students’ progress, providing pastoral support, implementing the service’s policies, and participating in meetings as requested. You may also be required to transport pupils if necessary.
