Support Coordinator
Overview
You will be supporting the Service Manager and Team Leaders in the daily operations and managing of the service and employees across our placements in the Greater Manchester area.
You will assist in managing the homes, which will include visiting the homes, overseeing staff, liaising with professionals, and ensuring the homes are running smoothly day-to-day. This is a rewarding role where you can really make a difference to vulnerable young people. You will visit the homes regularly, which will enable you to build relationships with both the support workers and the young people they are caring for.
Support
You will report to the Service Manager and Team Leaders who will support you with all aspects of managing your homes. They are very passionate about getting the best possible outcomes for our young people and they care equally about the staff. Continuous professional development is encouraged within the company, and mandatory and optional training will be offered both online and face-to-face.
