Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £16.48 per hour
Summary:
Experienced Grounds Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee and manage the grounds maintenance service in Suffolk and the surrounding areas. Applicants will be required to service commercial and local authority grounds maintenance contracts with a range of different tasks.
The successful candidate will ensure the daily deployment of resources across the region, for operational activities to run effectively and efficiently, achieving or exceeding key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Grounds Chargehands, grounds operatives, staffing levels and several depots throughout Suffolk.
Supervision of the grounds teams.
Delivering Customer satisfaction.
Managing budgets and revenue as well as pricing for new works and projects.
Customer and employee engagement and provides support, training and opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications:
Experience in the horticultural industry with ideally 2 years preferred + in an operational supervisor or management role.
Full clean driving licence.
