Store Manager | £37,500 per year | Sunday - Thursday.
We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London. At The Salad Project, our passion goes beyond the quality of our food. Role | Store Manager
45 hours per week | Sunday - Thursday.
1. To lead a team of 30-40 members of staff in total.
2. To delegate tasks to your supervisors to ensure standards are maintained during all opening hours.
3. To help manage our team members' morale and happiness at work while guiding their career development.
4. To implement & improve service processes while constantly looking out for ways to improve the way we operate.
5. To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating.
6. Ensure and enforce the use of current operating systems.
7. Assist in hiring and developing our staff to suit the needs of the store and the business.
8. To maintain control over the P&L of the restaurant.
9. To report any issues or wins to the management team.
10. To celebrate the staff wins.
11. To ensure proper maintenance of the store.
12. To ensure The Salad Project continues to offer great customer service, great operational service and great tasting, healthy food.

6. Strong ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Experience Requirements | 2 Years.
Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry. Ability to commit full time. A desire to make a career in hospitality.
