Your key responsibilities will include:\n * Managing and delivering high-quality electrical design packages across all project stages.\n * Contributing to resource management and planning, ensuring optimal project efficiency.\n * Leading business development activities, identifying opportunities, and securing new work.\n * Representing the company at an executive level, engaging with stakeholders and the professional network.\n * Supporting the board of directors with regional business growth and technical development.\n * Providing leadership and mentorship, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.\n * Identifying and driving opportunities for further professional development within the company.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\n * Demonstrable experience in a similar leadership role within the building services industry.\n * A strong understanding of commercial and technical management of service delivery.\n * Excellent people management and communication skills.\n * A deep understanding of current and emerging market trends in electrical design and building services.\n * A degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent).\n * Chartered status with the Engineering Council or equivalent.\n * Full membership of a relevant professional institution (CIBSE, IET, or equivalent).\n * A genuine passion for the built environment, innovation, and sustainable design.\nWhat’s On Offer?\nThis is a rare opportunity to step into a director-level role within a forward-thinking, collaborative consultancy.
