U-Educate are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join one of our Primary Schools in Portsmouth. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in an educational setting. Duties: Provide one-to-one support to students with challenging behaviour Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions as directed by the SENCO or teacher Support students in developing social and emotional skills Monitor and record students' behaviour and progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students Possibly supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and outings The successful applicant will enjoy working with KS1 and KS2. You must be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of team.
