Closing Date for Application: Tuesday 25/03/2025 ADEY, the market leader in the provision of water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a Digital & CRM Marketing Executive to join the team. Consisting of ADEY, ADEY Commercial, Surestop and Alpha Scientific brands, the ADEY group of businesses is now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit with ambitious growth plans both domestically and internationally. The Role Working alongside the wider marketing team, this role will support key initiatives and campaigns delivering them across all web and email channels to deliver integrated digital marketing and communication campaigns. Utilising HubSpot, you will successfully manage all digital leads, implementing lead nurturing strategies to drive customer engagement in our products and services. Responsible for all email marketing activity, including email content, this role will manage the end-to-end online user journey through website and email, providing reporting and analytics to evaluate current performance, whilst devising strategies for continual improvement. Specific website responsibilities include the content management systems (CMS) and overall online content strategy to deliver a seamless brand, customer journey and user experience across all ADEY Group sites. This includes managing search engine optimisation (SEO,) and reporting and analytics, (incorporating Google analytics) for all ADEY group websites. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Working style: Hybrid working (WFH Mon, Wed, Fri.) (Office based Tue & Thurs) Responsibilities Develop, implement and lead ADEY’s digital strategy, overseeing and strengthening ADEY’s online presence, acting as brand guardian across all ADEY Group digital channels Overall guardian of Hubspot and the data that feeds it (IoT product, apps, website, offline sources and loyalty program) To be the main internal point of contact and subject matter expert for the HubSpot CRM, including the management of user licences, roles and permissions Implement best practice, governance and GDPR compliance in relation to all data management and processing Monitor and review our data capture processes and journeys across all sources including all ADEY Group websites, identifying areas for process improvement and optimisation Work alongside the ADEY digital development teams to assist in the implementation of platform improvements and troubleshooting for all digital and data related workstreams Manage SEO (organic and paid content) to gain optimum ranking and ROI for all ADEY Group websites Develop the segmentation of the customer database to help inform the NPS (New Product Schedule,) digital roadmaps and future marketing strategies Manage the membership portfolio, performance data and reporting for the ADEY digital products Develop and manage creative and impactful content across web and email to nurture audiences throughout the customer journey. This includes all website and email creative and copy Design and build WordPress/Hubspot landing pages in staging site using Nicepage builder Use automated workflows and online behaviour, to work alongside the wider marketing team to build communications which; improve brand trust, raise awareness of new products, and allow the upselling and cross selling of the ADEY Group range of products and services Develop and define relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of digital marketing activities including use of google analytics and SEO Monitor and analyse website performance, and make changes to improve conversion and wider business goals The Person Experience Previous digital marketing experience (min 2 years desirable) Self-motivated individual who loves the digital world with a creative outlook Focus on CRM, data and digital marketing Excellent attention to detail & ability to design and follow processes Strong communication skills – verbal & written A team player, able to work collaboratively within the wider team and across functions Skill level with Microsoft Office, Hubspot (desirable) Google Analytics, PPC, SEO and email marketing Experience using Canva or similar to produce creatives. Good understanding and working experience of customer omni-channel (digital) journeys with a good strategic and visionary focus Understanding and experience of workflow communication strategies Experience of working with digital developers to troubleshoot and triage software issues Skills & competencies Strong background in digital marketing. High proficiency in the use of CRM marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Excellent copywriting skills. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Attention to detail. Proactive approach to creative ideas and confidence to take ownership for digital channels. UX and customer journey mapping. Analytical/strategical evaluation skills.
