The Role
The role is hybrid working in the Glasgow based office two days and three days at home per week. The Group Student Support Coordinator will play a major role, under the direction from the Head of Student Services, to deliver excellent levels of support to students across the ICS Learn Groups and aim to resolve student queries at the first point of contact. Assisting with managing the administration across all courses and encouraging progression and completion.
Core Responsibilities
* Identify the needs of students and ensure their requirements are met in line with company policies
* Provide help and advice to students in respect to the company’s products and services
* Encourage student progression and completion
* Communicate courteously with students using telephone, email, mail, webchat and on social media
* Keep accurate records of discussions and correspondence with students using the company’s CRM system
* Process payments for registration fees, exam fees, ongoing program fees etc as per the company procedures
* Handle basic credit control enquiries
