As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland's most acclaimed single malt whiskies; Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.
We're seeking a visionary leader to lead our New Product Development (NPD) Team, focusing on packaging development and product lifecycle management from concept to shelf. This key position involves leveraging your expertise in new product marketing to identify, develop, and commercialize new products, as well as renovate core products to drive brand innovation. You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to bring new packaging designs to life, ensuring they align with our high standards of excellence. Demonstrating strong leadership, you will guide the team, take initiative, and offer fresh perspectives to create the most desirable packaging in the world of single malt whisky. Staying updated on industry developments and technological advancements is crucial for inspiring and advancing our packaging excellence. As the central figure in the packaging ecosystem, your leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential for delivering projects on time and supporting ongoing business requirements. Agility in your attitude and actions is key to adapting to the dynamic needs of the business.

* Collaborate with marketing to ensure new products are delivered on time, meeting cost and quality standards.
* Create and manage technical development timelines.
* Build and strengthen the New Product Development Team.

* Promote a culture of sustainability by identifying opportunities and implementing a program of positive change aligned with the Company's environmental and carbon agenda.
* Benchmark the Company against best-in-class packaging and processes.
* Lead and support the delivery of new products on time and to specification.

Professional/Technical Experience:
* Degree qualified in relevant subject.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a packaging development leadership role.
* Service oriented.
* Project management experience, and/or qualifications (e.g. Prince 2 Qualified).
* Demonstrated people management skills.
* Strong IT skills.
* Experience with financial management control and reporting.
