As part of Envea UK Limited – a successful Environmental Monitoring business with a turnover of £20m and a team of 140 – HITEK offers a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious clients like Cubic Transportation, DDC Power Devices and Eschmann Technology
About the Role: In this exciting and varied role, you will play a key part in our Calibration business, ensuring our customers' electrical, temperature, humidity, RF/Microwave, and dimensional measuring equipment perform accurately and reliably. You’ll work alongside a team of 5 skilled professionals who bring a blend of youthful enthusiasm and industry expertise to the table.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Calibrating a wide range of test and measurement instruments from leading brands such as Keysight (Agilent), Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu, Aeroflex, Tektronix, Bird Electronics, Fluke, Seaward, and Megger.
* Performing on-site and mobile calibration services at customer locations across the South East of England, including travel and occasional overnight stays (all expenses covered).
* Producing and maintaining calibration documentation to ISO 9001 and UKAS standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Building strong relationships with customers to identify and plan future calibration needs and test equipment management services.
* Meeting and exceeding calibration service targets set by the Lab Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in calibrating a wide range of test and measurement equipment.
* A solid understanding of ISO 9001 and UKAS standards.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
* Ability to travel across the South East and a valid driving licence.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
