HR Business Partner
This is a permanent opportunity based in Bromsgrove and Worcester with hybrid working (4 days office based and 1 day from home).
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:15am till 05:15pm, with the flexibility to work an evening shift twice per month, 20:00 till 00:00.
Salary: £42,000 (dependent on experience).
We are partnering with a global company who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This is a key role within the organization, and we are looking for someone who can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the business, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
* Work closely with managers to develop and implement performance management plans, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Design and deliver training programs to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
* Experience of managing multiple priorities and deadlines, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
