IT Leader – would suit recent manager REF 1184
Pension: 4% + Matched company contribution
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Onsite role: 9:00 am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the organisation’s Azure Active Directory and Office 365 infrastructure.
* Document and optimise existing systems and processes to identify organisational inefficiencies.
* Support IT projects, working towards leading project management efforts in the future.
* Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure timely updates to hardware and software.
* Oversee backup systems, security measures, and anti-virus management.
* Collaborate with third-party service providers when required.
* Negotiate and maintain software & hardware agreements with IT partners and vendors.
* Setup and manage basic network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN setup for remote sites & 1 head office.
* Assist with and eventually manage the rollout of new software, systems, and tools.
* Support company-wide training initiatives for new technology implementations.
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Skills:
* Previous experience in an IT service desk or support environment.
* Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN) and IT security.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive mindset with a desire to develop and grow within the role.
