Senior Communications Officer YouthLink Scotland has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications Specialist to join the Policy and Communications Team. This post would suit an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. The candidate will be great at building effective relationships with people at all levels, both within our YouthLink Scotland member organisations, and with external stakeholders. The position is all about creating exciting digital content for our online platforms, meeting the creative multimedia needs of YouthLink Scotland and its national programmes. The role will support the wider organisation to distil key stories from our work and research, creating content and promoting our strategic organisational objectives, with a focus on strong and engaging storytelling. We are seeking someone with extensive experience of developing and delivering engaging social media content and communications, who also has a great creative design flair. The company offers a 9.5% non-contributory pension scheme. The post will be part home-based and part-based at the YouthLink Scotland offices in Edinburgh. This is a full -time position working 35 hours a week, salary is £41,096 dependent on experience. By its nature, the post will sometimes require work to be undertaken during evenings and weekends.
