£25,000-£28,000 DOE

37.5 hours a week – 9am-5:30pm (Part-time hours would be considered)

On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join a welcoming and dedicated Customer Service Team, The successful candidate will have had previous experience within a customer service role in an office based environment, and will have a strong can-do attitude. Our client is searching for an individual who has excellent customer service skills, alongside time-management and organisational skills.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Dealing with customers via telephone and email
Replying to Customer Service & Sales enquiries through the in-house CRM system
Processing customer returns and refunds
Liaising with multiple departments to ensure that all issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
Arranging deliveries and collections
Answering and responding to telephone enquiries within agreed SLA
Processing orders and invoices
What the client is looking for:
Previous experience within Customer Service in an office environment
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in using CRM systems and Sage 200
Strong prioritisation skills, and ability to manage workload under pressure Benefits:
