Our clients Asset Integrity Team based in Aberdeen are looking for several Integrity Engineers to strengthen the team and support current and future projects.
What you will be doing:
1. Support the implementation of an Integrity Risk Management Process, aligned to the client process.
2. Develop the technical content of the SIOR's or equivalent for appropriate pressure systems or equipment for approval by the Snr Integrity Engineer, ensuring delivery within scope.
3. Review inspection reports in order to instigate remedial action for any non-compliance, if applicable, and validate the recommendations from the report.
4. Maintain registers for SCAB, P3, deadleg, trunnion, CUI, BOLL, FM, etc.
5. Responsible for the FM program - assessing priority through to raising the WO for the FM to be carried out. Communication with the team regarding any changes or revisions to the scopes of work.
6. Provide technical input to failure investigations and failure mechanism identification.
What we think you should have:
1. Degree level in an Engineering Discipline.
2. Sound working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards.
3. Conversant with appropriate technical software.
4. Experience in material degradation and failure mechanisms.
5. Experience in fitness for service assessments (Levels 1&2).
6. Experience in Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII).
