We have an opportunity for an undergraduate placement to support the Senior Equipment Sustaining Manager to work at the forefront of technology where you will interact closely with the Shift Management Teams who are responsible for maintaining world-class performance on leading-edge semiconductor equipment.
About the role - you will:
• Analyse and develop reports on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of key equipment, critical to the performance of the site.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Management on current Training and Development application for improving the knowledge base of our Engineering Specialists.
• Actively engage/improve on protocol/plant fabric via 6S programme with involvement in auditing, energy management, correcting and preventing throughout the plant rooms, clean-rooms and grey areas.
• Work alongside Engineers, Manufacturing/Equipment Management and Subject Matter Experts to formulate and deploy optimal solutions for improved operational efficiency within the Equipment Department.
• Be involved in projects focused on improvement in key Equipment performance metrics.
About you:
• You will currently be studying an Engineering or Science related degree programme that requires industrial placement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and desire to work in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Be available to start your internship on 1st September 2025 and finish on 21st August 2026.

• Competency in MS Excel
• Data analytics experience
• Good communication skills

This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week, on-site working. The placement dates are: Starting on Monday, 1st September 2025 and finishing Friday, 21st August 2026
