We have an exciting opportunity to join our Fargo Business Unit as a Director of Sales in Europe.
The Europe Sales Director is the conductor of the company’s revenue engine in Europe. They create and nurture a high performance sales team and lead them to hit revenue and product mix forecasts while achieving profitability goals and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

As our Director of Sales, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Achieving objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
Successfully managing existing accounts and developing new ones.
Proving track record of accomplishments in building key accounts with increased penetration.
Providing on time & keeping up-to-date reports, statistics and forecasts every month, utilizing Salesforce CRM system
Improving the pipeline and proposal development capture rate
Providing clear and definitive leadership / vision in building the sales team organization
Manage and develop a team of inside sales people to generate leads to call and qualify leads to opportunity
Motivating and advising the team to improve its performance
Coaching the team to create value and delivery in the sales process
Ensuring that the team works cross Business Units with other Sales Teams and Executives
Collaborating with other managers through team building and strategic planning to increase sales results
Representing the company at trade shows and/or visiting exhibitions
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, to think strategically, synthesize complex business and financial data and develop innovative solutions
Excellent planning, organizational and leadership capabilities
Flexible and highly motivated, pro-active & autonomous
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
University degree in business/marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Minimum of 8 years’ industry related experience required, preferably in sales channel management
Prior leadership experience giving coaching and guidance to a commercial team
