Job Description:
Retail Stock Take Team Leader
Salary: £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements
Location: Glasgow
*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion* Immediate start. Holiday pay included.
As a Retail Count Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. Flexibility is required, as shifts may vary and involve travel to different sites. Some overnight stays may be necessary.
Working days: Monday - Sunday (5 out of 7 days)
Shift timings: Evening/Night shifts.

Person Specification:
* Full Driving License.
* Effective communication skills across all levels.
* Basic IT skills.
* Ability to stay focused under pressure.
* Good time management and self-supervision.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
Note: The role involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises, including high-level stock management.
Additional notes: This role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 or older.
