Be part of Our Residential Children's Home and Make a Difference!
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people? Do you have a caring and empathetic nature? Join us in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Become a part of our dedicated team and help shape the future of these young lives.
At Blacksmith Health Care, we offer a warm and welcoming place for our children and young people to live and our teams to work in. Our home is designed to provide a secure and supportive environment for children and young people who are unable to live with their families. Our aim is to create a home away from home, where children can grow, develop, and heal from their past experiences. We are committed to providing high-quality care, educational support, and emotional support to every child in our care.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of our children and young people. You will provide a nurturing and stable environment, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily activities, promoting positive behaviour, and coordinating with other childcare professionals.
