Role: Senior Account Manager
Location: Flexible - hybrid with office based in the Sevenoaks region
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an account manager role within the tourism industry
Salary: circa £38k basic

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team at a dynamic travel sales and marketing agency where big ideas meet real impact.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the charge on building vibrant partnerships with tour operators, airlines, tourist boards, and beyond.
* Create bold, innovative marketing plans that get noticed and deliver real results.
* Dive into hands-on projects - think trade shows, co-op campaigns and unforgettable fam trips.
* Be the go-to expert for your clients, guiding them with insights, strategies, and out-of-the-box thinking.
* Manage budgets with precision while keeping creativity front and centre.
What you bring to the table:
* At least three years of experience in account management, ideally in the tourism space.
* A talent for building relationships that last, backed by strong communication and sales skills.
* A knack for juggling projects, budgets and ideas without breaking a sweat.
* Confidence with tools like CRM systems, email marketing platforms and your favourite spreadsheets.
