The Role
We’re seeking an ambitious Social Media & Community Manager to expand our digital footprint, foster a vibrant community, drive engagement across our digital platforms and report diligently on the process. As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for executing our social media strategy, cultivating brand loyalty, and fostering a connected, engaged community. Ideal candidates will have a natural understanding for brand voice, storytelling, and social trends within the golf and lifestyle space.
Candidates should also be native to apps such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, and other social channels. In this role you will work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to enhance brand awareness and build a passionate following for MANORS.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
* Help develop & implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and values.
* Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels including Facebook, Email, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual storytelling.
* Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure our content pipeline is full and deliverables are scheduled and published accordingly.
* Help to design and deliver new engaging social media strategies.
2. Community Engagement & Growth:
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with the online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and fostering conversations.
* Manage key relationships with Ambassadors & Affiliates and monitor social media platforms to find and form key relationships with new influencers and content creators.
* Implement community-building initiatives, such as interactive Q&A sessions, challenges, and event-driven promotions.
* Monitor community sentiment and feedback to inform future content and product strategies.
* Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
* Analyse the performance of social media campaigns and content to optimise reach, engagement, and conversion.
* Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimisations.
* Prepare monthly reports detailing key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
* Utilise data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
4. Content Creation & Curation & Cross-Functional Work:
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends and golf culture to bring innovative ideas and campaigns to life.
* Assist in the content production of key campaigns, events, and special projects.
* Partner with the marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and launches.
* Support live events, product launches, and other brand activations by executing social media coverage and post-event follow-ups.
5. Graphic Design & Website Maintenance
* Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies to produce visually appealing content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
* Oversee and execute weekly newsletter cadence.
* Aid the wider team in creation of brand decks to make sure layouts are visually appealing and adhere to brand principles. Creating wholesale product catalogues for seasonal showrooms.

* Maintain and manage the digital hub on G-Drive, ensuring all assets are backed up and circulated in correct aspect ratios for various departments.
* Assist with creating and uploading new content to the website or auditing its existing content to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure social media campaigns align appropriately with website content.
Qualifications:
* Native and intuitive understanding of how to grow and engage online communities.
* Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to maintain the brand's voice across channels.
* A keen understanding of social media trends, golf culture, and lifestyle brand positioning.
* Experience with influencer partnerships and user-generated content strategies.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Competent with platforms such as Photoshop, Indesign, Keynote or equivalent design software.
* Candidates must demonstrate a native understanding of social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat & Youtube.
* Ability to analyse trends and point out optimisations or opportunities for growth across areas of responsibility.
* Conscientious, orderly, with high attention to detail and a constant effort to improve performance.
* Enthusiastic about building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and community members who support the brand.
