Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Head Chef in creating nutritious and flavoursome menus using fresh produce.
* Create a warm and welcoming environment in the kitchen.
* Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
* Work within budget and complete regular audits.
* Manage stock control and maintain high kitchen standards.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification.
* Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP procedures.
* Experience working with fresh seasonal food and ability to engage with residents.
* Personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in residents' wellbeing.
