We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist who will collaborate closely with our stakeholders to comprehend their needs, assist in crafting and implementing effective hiring strategies, and attract a diverse pool of candidates. Your responsibilities will encompass sourcing candidates via multiple channels, orchestrating interview and selection processes, and engaging in career events. Success in this role requires the ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies and establish trustworthy relationships with prospective hires.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the People Team and stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective recruitment solutions.
* Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications
* Ensure the delivery of high-calibre candidates who integrate seamlessly into teams
* Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from role qualification to offer stage, maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and providing constructive feedback
* Utilise extensive experience with various sourcing strategies to maintain our high standard of hiring
* Demonstrate a proven track record in Real Estate Recruitment
* Thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment, capable of delivering quality candidates within tight timelines
* Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
* Conduct background screening and reference checks as required
* Facilitate a seamless and engaging onboarding journey for all new hires, ensuring a warm welcome and a strong foundation for their successful integration into our team.
* Proficient in modern tech sourcing and selection techniques to identify top talent.
* Experienced in behavioural and competency-based interviewing, with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on optimal interview strategies
* Familiarity with configuring hiring tools to facilitate the selection process (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable).
* Possess a clear, logical mindset and communication style, coupled with influential capabilities.
* Build strong, trustworthy relationships with candidates
* Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, openness to challenges, and persistence in filling difficult roles
* Display curiosity and eagerness to continually learn about emerging technologies and their potential applications at Land Sterling
* Maintain excellent attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, employing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* A deep understanding of the distinct roles within organizations
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
