Job Purpose: Working within Post Award, you will be responsible for executive level involvement within the Claims team. This will include but not be limited to financial validation checking of claims; contacting participants and facilitating the recovery of any overpayments against grants; contacting and facilitating the resolution and closure of any projects that have outstanding deliverables. You may also be responsible for the administration of the Claims Teams, including but not limited to general data entry, data cleansing, population of Candidate Briefs templates, raising Purchase Orders, creating project folders, processing claims, administering project changes, amendments, project set ups and project closures and answering queries. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Work as part of the Team to process and approve all aspects of the workload as required to the required quality and timescales. Provision of management information as required including associated follow-up tasks and reporting. Contribute to the development of the systems and processes individually and through the wider work of the post-award team, to achieve an effective and efficient end to end process. Ensure effective management and control of project information during project start up. Support other elements of Innovate UK’s delivery as required, as well as ad-hoc project work as directed.
