As Safilo Sales Representative for Scotland, Northern Ireland & Far North England, you primarily have the responsibility of developing existing client accounts as well as seeking and acquiring new accounts within your region.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for the organization’s products.
2. Determines together with the National Sales Manager the customer’s yearly targets and properly conveys them to the customers, obtaining their commitment.
3. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
4. Coordinates with Safilo internal departments such as sales operations, accounting, logistics, and technical service group.
5. Analyses the region/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers' value to the organization.
6. Generates leads and follows them up as well as shares with the team.
7. Keeps up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through store visits and the reading of industry relevant materials.
8. Participates in trade shows and conventions.
9. Fulfills administrative tasks such as weekly reports to the National Sales Manager.
10. Responsible for brand representation/visibility in store with continued liaising with the Marketing Department.
Skills and Experience
1. Previous sales experience of at least 5 years, preferably in eyewear or fashion, but open to other industries.
2. Driving license and willingness to travel.
3. Confident level of English.
4. High flexibility.
5. Business analysis skills.
