Job Overview:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to support the Ruijie Reyee's growth objectives within a specific region and multiple countries. This role involves leading and coordinating marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, events) to meet regional goals. ①Social Media management: establish and maintain local social media pages, communicate product information, events, success cases, and interact with partners' page. ②Exhibition management: select the most valuable local exhibitions, plan and implement exhibit strategies. ③Event management: Planning and implement local Marketing events together with partners.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region.
4. Marketing Insight: establish the marketing profile for local customers, including customer profile, marketing preference, etc.
5. Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
6. Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and vendors in the region.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
8. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all regional initiatives.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HQ MKT, GTM, Product Managers, sales and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
10. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or territory-based strategies.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
6. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
7. English as a working language. Mandarin is a plus.
8. Priority for candidates with strong proactivity and driving force.
