Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Assist in the preparation of sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
* Manage and update customer records and information in the CRM system.
* Coordinate communication between internal departments to facilitate seamless sales processes.
* Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
* Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
* Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and meetings.
* Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Strong exam results at GCSE, with good computer literacy skills and English language skills.
* Ability to work effectively and respond well under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to use initiative.
* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible, co-operative and a strong team player.
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, O365 and MS Teams / Zoom.
