Join us as a Capacity Planning Lead and take the lead in resource and capacity planning across our teams. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, delivering data-driven insights and forecasts that enhance productivity, ensure top-notch customer service, and meet regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing as a Capacity Planning Lead
* Helping drive a structured way of working within the team and across a group of key stakeholders.
* Forecasting and analysis.
* Shaping and driving business decision-making and strategy, directly influencing changes within our business to achieve this.
* Building and communicating the forecasting and capacity planning model at seasonal and short-term scales.
* Effectively engaging with field and office teams to ensure data is accurate and timely, and to ensure that the capacity planning model is being adhered to in order to drive operational excellence and achieve key business targets.
* Continuous improvement to the forecast model.
* Working as a product owner with the data & insight teams to develop improved reporting for capacity planning.
Base Location
Green Park, Reading, RG2 6AD. Hybrid work format with the minimum of one day in office every Tuesday.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 36 hours a week, start and finish time can be flexible but 10 to 3 has to be covered.
What you should bring to the role
* To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have worked in a similar role - focusing on business improvements led by data and be familiar with capacity planning levers and metrics.
* A degree or equivalent within an analytical field will be beneficial (e.g. Science, Maths, Geographical disciplines).
* Experience in an operational planning and scheduling background would be considered highly advantageous, giving a close understanding of the challenges your stakeholders may be faced with.
* You will have a wealth of analytical experience, making recommendations using data and managing and developing teams with strong analytical capabilities. You will be resilient in your approach and must be able to build credibility quickly.
