Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Business & Economics lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Teach business strategy, financial literacy, economic concepts, and entrepreneurship. Inspire students to think critically about business and economic issues and their real-world applications. Support students in preparing for GCSE and A-Level Business & Economics examinations. Use innovative teaching strategies to make complex economic concepts accessible and engaging. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Business & Economics curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support. Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all students. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status. A strong knowledge of the Business & Economics curriculum, including GCSE and A-Level standards. Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential. A passion for teaching business concepts and fostering entrepreneurial thinking. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
