Improve people engagement and experience through strategic activities. Manage sensitive employee relations cases and ensure effective risk management. Essential Skills and Experience Extensive experience in senior HR roles within Retail, Banking, or Automotive sectors. Proven track record in multi-site, fast-paced, high-change environments. Strong leadership, influencing, and coaching skills. Strategic thinker with robust commercial awareness. Expertise in organisational design, change management, and employee relations. Highly proactive, resilient, and results-driven. Strong analytical and data management skills. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of employment law and business compliance. Desirable Qualifications CIPD Level 7 or equivalent. Experience in the Automotive industry. Proven experience in leading transformational change programmes.
