Assist with sub-contract enquiries at tender stage. Agreeing scope of works and fees with subcontractors for packages. Review Sub-Contractor quotes, complete comparisons and raise orders. Assist Commercial Manager updating weekly sign off sheets for the Board of Directors. Liaise with Senior Stakeholders on site procurement and allocated projects. Provide monthly forecast costs. Flexible to support other departments when required. Provide support/cover to Commercial Manager. Attend Pre-Construction meetings with internal & external partners. Knowledge and Experience Required: Proven experience within a Subcontract Buying role. Essential construction knowledge. Desire to understand/promote the company purpose, vision and values. Sage knowledge. Essential Microsoft Office Knowledge. Qualification and Skills: Relevant business degree or equivalent experience. Self-starter, can-do attitude, desire to embrace new challenges. Team player working to tight deadlings & manage workload. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
