We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Midlands, North and South of the UK. This excellent regional firm require a Branch Manager to support their friendly and growing team in Loughborough.
The role is based in their professional Loughborough Town Centre office, where alongside your c£23,500 salary, you can expect a generous new business commission along with Lettings commission across the Branch. You can expect a fast-paced working environment and in-house training and support from the friendly team.
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining relationships between Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
* Recruiting and onboarding new members of the growing team
* Proactively create and convert new landlord and investor leads
* Manage marketing meetings alongside the marketing team to help coordinate events
* Review the branches’ monthly profit and loss reports with the Operations Manager
* Hold regular 121 and KPI focussed meetings in order to push team performance
Skills & Experience
* No previous letting experience required!
* Full clean and clear drivers License essential
* Previous B2B sales-based experience highly desirable
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and every other Saturday 10am – 5pm
