We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
1. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
2. Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and customer service delivery.
5. Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
2. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in using computerised systems and software applications.
4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong clerical skills and familiarity with general office procedures.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
