My name's Catrina. I'm a customer care at McDonald's. My job consists of looking after every customer that comes through McDonald's doors and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy ready for the next customer to come and enjoy their food. It's always important for this specific role that you're open and you are greeting everyone but you're approachable as well. My favorite thing about my job is getting to learn and to understand different levels of people, meeting different customers and different experiences every day, which makes my experience grow. I love being part of McDonald's team. It's great. It's like your own little work family. You've always got each other's back and that's one of the main things I've enjoyed working in McDonald's so far.

Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
