Commis Chef - About You Previous experience of food production, preparation and presentation desiarable A foundation food preparation qualification, or we are happy to support and assist you with by studying for an Apprenticeship with our recognised training providers A genuine interest in food and a enthusiasm for creating good food A willingness to work hard in a busy environment Good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Flexibility in your working hours as you will be required to work Early and Late Shifts on a 5 day rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
