We are currently looking to take on an Associate Director with proven infrastructure experience to take a lead on major programmes in the Yorkshire region. Job Objectives: With a breadth of knowledge in all facets of Project Controls; the definition and implementation of client bespoke Project Controls Execution Plans across our major programmes, projects, and portfolios Demonstrated leadership of integrated Project Controls teams, providing guidance, mentoring and support Subject Matter Expertise in one discipline (Planning, Cost Control, Risk, Change, Data & Analytics) An enthusiasm to take an active part in influencing the direction of our regional business, bringing your authentic self, innovative thinking, and motivation to contribute towards the operational management of the Cost Centre and regional business. Other responsibilities may include but aren’t limited to: Transcending project delivery to problem definition, solution development and service growth Business Generation through contribution to bids, proposal writing, stakeholder, and resource management Commission, Client, Line Management Coaching, mentoring and inspiring positive change
