Responsibilities
1. Own overall relationship with assigned clients
2. Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
3. Aid clients in achieving their goals
4. Help shape product development based on client needs
Experience
1. At least 1 year's experience in a customer facing role
2. Demonstrable passion for using technology
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail oriented problem solver
5. Ideally from an events, hospitality or retail background
