Responsibilities
* Providing customer services and proactively generating business
* Supervision of reception staff and reception service
* Managing IT support for users of the telephone system
* Microsoft Office skills with excel proficiency
* Following routine building procedures and policies i.e. weekly fire alarm tests, fire and emergency lighting checks, twice yearly fire evacuations, issuing access cards
* First aid/ Fire Marshall, Health and Safety Certificate or willing to train
* Provide administrative support for new and renewing leases and licenses, ensuring administrative processes comply with financial procedures
