Key Responsibilities:
1. Search for and engage with ‘HOT’ candidates who are actively seeking a new role
2. Market candidates to clients for available job opportunities
3. Keep ‘HOT’ candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
4. Build and maintain strong meaningful relationships with clients and future clients
5. Win new job opportunities from existing and new clients
6. Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients
To assist you in meeting these responsibilities, you will have access to the most up-to-date technology from the global leaders within our industry and full access to LinkedIn Professionals.
Ideally you will have:
1. Sales experience (ideally in a target-driven environment)
2. Previous customer service experience
3. Experience in a recruitment background would be an advantage
