About the Role:
The role of the Warehouse Operative/ Delivery Driver is to ensure that each warehouse has the appropriate level of equipment and that equipment for each job is picked and delivered to sub-stores in line with planned in dates. Working with the Operations Manager you will be assisting in ensuring stock levels are correct at all times.
Responsibilities will be as below:
• Warehouse/Operations
o Ensure stock levels are maintained in all sub-depots
o Ensuring strategic time sensitive deliveries are adhered to
o Manage deliveries into sub-depots and check all equipment is present
o Check and load equipment on to vehicles to be distributed to sub-stores or site
o Deliver equipment to each sub-stores twice a week or in line with demand.
o Collect returns and process alongside Operations Manager, ensuring good returns are added back into stock and assessing faulty returns for refurbishment opportunities.
o Assisting with identification of equipment to be refurbished
• Stock levels
o Complete regular stock takes of all sub stores to ensure this matches data provided by Operations manager
o Assist with stock reports for all major customers when required
o Assist with stock takes for technician vehicles.
o Maintain order and cleanliness across the various stores
• Shop sales and events
o Deliver shop sales where appropriate to reduce carriage spend
o Assist with dispenser and/or bar deliveries depending on location
o Arrange post outs for shop sales across various businesses
• Perform all other duties as required within your skill set
