The main duties for this Sales Administrator role will include:
✔ Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
✔ Processing orders and updating records accurately
✔ Using Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage documents
✔ Data entry and general administrative support
✔ Working efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate for this Sales Administrator role will possess:
Strong Word, Excel, and keyboard skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Previous admin or sales support experience is a plus
