Please note this role involves travel to schools and other engagements across the territory above. Our Engagement Leads work from home otherwise.

Role Objective: To raise awareness of Kooth (and Qwell if applicable) and achieve CYP contract registration targets by engaging with trusted referrers including schools, colleges, GPs, A&E, pharmacies, community groups, sports clubs and charities. This role involves weekly travel.
Split of Role:
1. Promote Kooth direct to young people in secondary schools and colleges 50%
2. Raise awareness of Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) by delivering training to teaching staff in schools and colleges 15%
3. Raise awareness and encourage referral to Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) by offering information and training to community professionals - prioritising GP Practice Managers, CAMHS, A&E and Family Hubs 15%
4. Promote Kooth to children in Year/ Primary 6 by clustering engagement of local primary schools during transition period in the summer term 10%
5. Maintain up to date records of engagement activity in Salesforce and EPs 8%
6. Support the delivery of the national webinar programme 2%
Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
1. Ability to positively, proactively, and professionally communicate and engage young people and professionals
2. Clean driving licence and able to drive own car throughout the day (and evening when required)
3. Efficiently manage own time, balancing each step in the engagement process
4. Knowledge of regional demographics and priorities of Commissioners
5. Efficient administration
6. Able to analyse data from Salesforce, and begin to glean insights to improve performance

Education/Qualification:
1. GCSE in English and Maths - Level 5 or above Expected
2. Further Education qualification in teaching, marketing, sales, youth work or equivalent experience
