What Youll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Cloud Operations team. Define and implement a cloud strategy aligned with business objectives. Establish policies, standards, and best practices for Azure governance, security, and compliance. Manage Azure systems, optimize resources, and ensure security and cost efficiency. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Terraform. Design and implement security controls covering IAM, network security, encryption, and threat detection. Ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, Cyber Essentials, and OWASP. Work with engineering, development, and digital teams to align cloud services with business needs. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive issue resolution. What You Need: Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Solutions Architect). Experience in a senior cloud infrastructure role, managing Azure environments for 1000 users. Strong expertise in Azure services (VMs, Entra ID, Networking, DevOps, M365, DR). Proven experience in cloud security, compliance, and risk management. Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
