About the Role As an English Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet students' needs. Teach individuals or full classes in a face-to-face setting. Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and constructive feedback. Organise enriching extracurricular activities, such as events and trips. Monitor student development and maintain accurate learner records. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong knowledge of the English language and effective teaching methodologies. Experience supporting children or young adults, particularly those with special educational needs. The ability to design engaging courses that cater to varied learning styles. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with strong problem-solving skills. Patience, resilience, and a keen eye for detail. Competency in using technology and educational software to enhance learning. Essential Requirements Enhanced DBS background check, as this role involves working with children.
