Teaching Personnel is recruiting for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, and more to join schools in Horsham and surrounding areas. These roles involve working closely with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where providing a consistent and stable presence is key to their development and success. Schools are looking for committed individuals who can form positive, supportive relationships and help create a nurturing learning environment. We have a variety of roles available in schools catering to students aged 4-19, offering opportunities to make a real difference in their educational journey. Ideal Candidate We’re seeking individuals who: Have experience working with SEN in a school or similar environment ( highly desirable ). Understand the importance of consistency and stability when supporting children with SEN. Have experience working 1:1 or in small groups with vulnerable people ( desirable ). Have a background as a teaching assistant, support worker, care worker, or sports coach ( graduates encouraged to apply ). Are passionate about education and the development of children with SEN. Can support teachers with general classroom and behaviour management. Are motivated to engage and inspire young people to participate and learn. What’s in It for You?
