This is a dual-site role, meaning Cluster Managers or Area Managers with experience overseeing multiple locations would be well-suited. However, single-site Managers with strong leadership in a large, high-volume store or venue will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Full operational management of the building/store across two sites. Coach, lead, and develop your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Manage financial budgets and oversee all expenses. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, audits, and reporting. Building maintenance oversight to ensure smooth operations. Establish and maintain local networking communities. Event management - plan and execute engaging social events. What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years' management experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure. Previous Cluster Manager / Area Manager experience is a plus, but large single-site managers will also be considered. Strong operational and leadership background. A passionate, can-do attitude with a hands-on leadership style. A customer-centric approach, ensuring a five-star experience. Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
