We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Administrator to join our growing team in Basildon. You will play a key role in supporting the installation department, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication between teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling installation appointments with clients and contractors. Maintaining accurate records of installations, including client details, project timelines, and inventory. Liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials. Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service. Preparing reports and documentation related to installation projects. Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in an installation or construction environment, is desirable.
